id think you could safely say that rmg & pkt will have a brother/sister type arrangement. same directors, similar tenements and resource interests. possibly something that ends up being a joint venture. it wouldnt make much sense to keep these entities completely separate when you consider the similar nature and (possible) proximity of their interests. and ofcourse the same directors.
