PC, playing the devil's advocate, why will the signing of the CO2 agreement get ELK up, 1P reserves are a minimum 2.5 years away.
So why is the CO@ going to do anything that the RS report didnt. We all know it is a fait acompli that the CO2 will be signed as is the success of the project as per the RS report.
