In pretty much every announcement NC & Managment has commented that they are

"We are on track for expected ramp up of revenues for the second half of calendar year 2016"

"We are on growth trajectory for an end of year ramp up and are confident in our goals for calendar year 2016

"We remain on track for our mid year and year end goals"

"Target revenue for CY16 remains unchanged at $18.5 million, and, as previously announced, ramp-up revenue is anticipated in the second half of the year"

They have said it numerous times that the end of year will be significant, why would they constantly promise/comment on goals and figures if they are not in the slightest confident they will reach them? I don't think NC is that silly.
