I think the following maybe the "significant contractual obligation" that will be part of the current negotiation ...
"The Project" .. NOA and LOI .. and then combine that with Single Buoy Moorings Inc (“SBM”) to enter into a period of exclusive negotiations for the integrated build, supply and operation of the Crux liquids project floating production storage and offloading vessel (“FPSO”).
"Then all you need is the finance" and you have a ready made Project.
We are all but there!!
Maybe some more information if the Financials Report is released Tomorrow?
