Nexus can't afford to drill the development wells and wouldn't want to drill them this far ahead of the arrival of the FPSO (not contracted yet).
They will drill exploration wells to burn up some of the rig time while having JV partners in the exploration block pick up some of the cost.
But I fully expect that NXS will sell down Crux and give up operatorship.
