Yeah I know what you're saying and maybe "a formality" was a bit of a stretch - I guess all I meant was that we all know water evaporates and and it was always just a matter of getting the go-ahead from the council (which was no formality as the last few months have proven). Anyway, onwards and upwards for the share price from here with any luck!
