I would expect the notice of the meeting to be called on Monday 9th January, 2017. This would allow reasonable notice and the meeting to be conducted in early February, 2017.
Usually, I do not attend meetings as they tend to take minutes and waste hours, however considering RLC office's are within walking distance I may head on in when ever the meeting may be. If anybody gives a shiit.
