Well that was the whole plan TLG had for Graphene, they did come up with a chemical process to produce graphene at a much cheaper cost than other methods.
The fact they TLG swapped from a Graphene producer into a AAM producer with graphene as a side business i think is telling about Graphene commercialization.
As MT stated all graphene producers thought that the market would come to them but this never occured. Graphene products have to be designed for specific commercial purposes.
