Tanbreeze..are a Private Company (I believe ) and would more than likely been subject scrutiny and very long delays
GMEL is listed and transparent & accountable to share holders etc.
IMO
GMEL are in a Different League with our Tie up with a renowned experienced Chinese Partner.
Our ML will be a smoother process
Of course there always risk but I believe GMEL are being extremely diligent...
