i spoke with Scott Douglas about 2 weeks ago. At that time, he said that SARB was a long process and that things were lodged (all of which we all know here). He seemed very positive about its progress over the phone and also indicated that recent company presentations have created much interest amongst investors (institutions), something i found rather comforting as a sharholder!!
If indeed a director is in SA at the moment, then imho the approval might well be on the way very very soon. The activity on Monday was rather unusual considering no news etc...
Once approval is done, one may assume that there will be some changes in substantial holdings as institutions become more involved with this one :D
