Just thinking that before the approval we might be surprised with some good news from Tanzania - that would peddle up BUY in no time.

My reasons:
Commercialisation talks are on, public pressure and energy shortages are huge; Gas prices look good - time to strike the deal; Decision to build a pipe is taken; Seismic results are long due; Operator Aminex took a good additional 25% stake in the field; ... More details on the KEY thread.

If that happens now will prove to be the best time to dip into BUY (and KEY)

And by the way, partner KEY doesn't leak info, at least not so far.
