Gilant, I tend to agree with everything you have said in this post.
The Directors of SMN are people too, with bills to pay and living expenses to cover. Unfortunately, they are not all Elon Musks who can give themselves no remuneration and borrow endless amounts of cash on extremely low-interest loans against their stock holdings.
If the Directors were REALLY dumping this stock we would be looking at share prices in the low twenties and teens.
Now, I don't think they have been the absolute best when it comes to communication or governance, but I'm not overly concerned with Directors selling a few shares here and there.
