Welcome aboard Seaemay. Your analysis is correct, first element is fully funded and then the DSO deposits will then in turn fund (to a great extent)the main effort Tin and Tg mine.
As has been stated in the past if this was in the Pilbarra, even with the market suppressed the SP would be double it's current level. The risk as you have clearly identified is the radical elements of the environmentalist who are as usually attempting to put a stop to everything. However in this case they are loosing the battle and it is now starting to appear like they are in an increasing minority on this.
But be grateful for them, it's the only reason why you have been able to buy in a such a low price......
