I believe they submitted the amendments towards the end of August and said it could take up to 4 months to process.
In the Mencel MD announcement just before Christmas, it mentioned that it is his number one focus to get this approved. Surely the discussions had well and truly progressed and they are confident in appointing Mencel as MD and in turn by making this statement under his name..
On saying that the longer we wait the SP will drift..
