I rang the SA DAC this morning and was told that the IFE hearing is set for the 12th Sept. Apparently there are two interested parties; one from Whyalla and a local with an environmental concern. I was also informed that the DAC will not be making a decision, but rather making a recommendation to the minister, who will then make a ruling shortly after. As a govt-sponsored ammendment one would feel that unless the concerns are very compelling it should end in a positive outcome for IFE. But as the old saying goes, "Don't count your chickens..."

Always good to see a sparsely populated 'sell' side to the board - it serves well to encourage buyers into a stock.
