G'day fellas,

Yesterday I emailed the SA DAC to ask when the case was being heard but have so far had no reply. I believe they meet on the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month.

The trading over the past couple of weeks has been heartening anyway, with only a small number of holders selling below the high reached recently. The current indications are that a few people have been waiting in vain for the sellers to weaken and now they're upping the ante a little. As long as there isn't a serious hiccup with the approval we should see some good upward movement in due course. I did read something from a couple of years ago recently that mentioned environmental concerns along the lines of threats to cuttlefish breeding grounds or some such, so very possibly it's something like that that is worrying a couple of people, or groups. However, it appears the SA government is keen to see things go ahead so hopefully all the issues will be resolved speedily.
