I'd say this bloke, Monceaux, is just using the amendment assessment process to object to any sort of development in terms of iron ore shipments. As far as I'm concerned, if he hasn't got specific genuine concerns pertaining only to the amendment plans then the DAC should dismiss his complaints promptly. Anyway, if he is passionate about democracy he should respect the wishes of the majority of the residents in that area who presumably were happy with the plans.
