People probably arent commenting, since they are probably just awaiting the outcomes of the approvals, rather than speculating.
Assuming it gets approved, then with recent IO pricing, things look good.
I would of thought on a risk / reward, SP would be higher than current, but i think most people are just waiting to see what happens - and no one is committing to buy or sell until then.
