G'day folks,

I just had a phone conversation with Lee Webb, whose number was given to me in an email from DAC. He was referred to as "the planner assessing this application". I asked him what the state of play was and he said that Ironclad had made some changes with regard to loading plans at the proposed port and had now to come back to DAC with some further info before the application can be scheduled into a new meeting (obviously not the next one, but rather early October at best. He also said that the two 'representors' had had their few minutes and their views would be considered. Very possibly of course IFE is making some minor changes in order to placate their concerns, so whilst it's more delays it could be seen as necessary. I guess a phone call to the company would be a good idea. I just rang but there wasn't anyone there at the time to answer my questions. Let's see if they get back to me.
