Fair chance that this is the reason, BUT..... with the possibility of a takeover already known and reported by the media,would a trading halt really be necessary. I would imagine that if this T/O was a goer then all the paperwork etc. would already have been done and announcing this to the market would only be a formality.......Too much to ask for this halt to concern our resource upgrade though.
