    Yes some very good points @Deme , Barry would be contravening asx regulations and continuous disclosure laws if the finance process had stalled or wasn't continuing. Let's hope the finance is approved shortly.

    Here is another point. Looking back in time when CYM had announced plans to buy Nifty and what the copper price was back then. The CYM team had been conducting DD long before the Trading Halt announcement when copper was priced at the current levels we are today.
