    Barry, Gary & Wayne hit up the financiers with their business model & plan to buy Nifty from MLX. This transaction was over subscribed and could have raised an extra $100m at the time according to early media reports. What has changed with that business model? Anything?

    Just financiers with cold feet due to global economic forecasts?
