What has changed?
Apart from the continual missing/push-out of deadlines, which goes to management credibility, how about the cost of finance? eg. the RBA cash rate has gone up 25-fold since the restart study was announced. Market will clearly wait for updated costings now before judging viability. Barry simply saying that the numbers are still favourable isn't enough anymore.
Citi also forecasting a $6200 Cu 3-month forecast won't see them rushing in either I'm afraid. Hence the sneaky 6-month push out in the 1-2-1 preso.
