jumpstart - just wanted to thank you for your contribution to this discussion over the last week, you are articulating clearly many of the concerns that I have.

I emailed the company earlier in the week to see if they have or would consider announcing a dividend policy (which may be related to % cashflow, profit (future) or linked to goldprice (like what Newmont, Silver Wheaton, etc are doing/proposing)). It would go a long way to allaying my concerns (I have received no response).

I believe this deal will go ahead, FML will become a very large producer through both organic growth and acquisitions, the board will get a build a nice little empire/mining house, and the company will be producing huge cashflow. I just don't think minority holders will see the deserved benefit because dividends will be low (or non-existant), and the SP will reflect this also.
