Champ, it is not market sensitive information and is available to any one interested enough to ring the company. This information is certainly no surprise as the company has previously stated its intention to consolidate at the right time.
CCC is a great company on the rise and continues to build a sound foundation. The faithfull that have done their homework will be rewarded in time.
I see the original post re D and D has been moderated and rightly so. I pay my subs so that AC can do quality research....if others want the benefit of this research, then let them pay for it. As to those that pass on this copy righted research to non subscribers, then I suggest they should loose their subscription.
