Im not an expert in this but the way I read it, CUV are only talking about initially treating what is a very rare problem. The next step is to use it to treat Vitilgo. Once that is approved, and there seems to be no reason why it wont be, then theres going to be huge pressure by the general public to use it, to have protection from skin cancer, its a big killer in this part of the world.
The number of millions wanting this treatment could actually be 100s of millions.
