It would appear around 1150 ELK shareholders have been seriously diluted and up to 30? holders have increased their holding. Approx 1.3mil shares issued under spp ballpark 25 holders? participated (inc BOD??) + several sophisticated investors in placement.

We have been given funds allocation of $4mil, the value and timing of some of those allocations is highly questionable. Shareholders have been given no indication of how, what would appear to be $3mil of excess cash, will be spent, is it needed???? will it be used to create value??? or is its sole benefit to allow large holders to enter the stock at a significant discount to Grieve NPV???

SHORTFALL, there is a massive shortfall on the SPP approx $6mil, will these shares be placed with mates and create further value destroying dilution??????
