I'm sure pretty much everyone here is aware of Warnie's motives when he posts or creates a new thread like this. Warnie knows EXACTLY where to find the Appstablishment financials, just as he is fully aware that Appstablishment is not being acquired for its financials.

Appstablishment owns Spenda, the success of which Cirralto's future is being built around. For Cirralto to be truly successful as a company it can not simply continue to licence that product and must acquire and own it outright.

The 'Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form' posted on the 19/04/2021 outlines all of this in the 'Independent Expert's Report' by Bentleys. This report contains the advantages and disadvantages of the acquisition of Appstablishment and, for @Warnie's "benefit" it also contains the Appstablishment financials.

For Warnie's target audience, ie those he thinks he can scare into selling their shares or voting no for the acquisition, here is the list of advantages and disadvantages as identified by Bentleys in their 'Independent Expert's Report.'
