Agree 100%. This is precisely why I've invested in CRO also. Only watch-out for me is I engaged Cirralto to show us how we could roll the system out over a company I'm a director of and the response was lacklustre. Either the company ( revenues over $70 million PA ) wasn't big enough for them or the implementation model isn't mature enough enough yet. I'm hoping the lack of response was a function of the recent merger and other machinations going on in the background. The company needs to get cracking by on boarding some customers and drive up the revenue numbers which are still very lethargic when held up against the market cap.
