Re chairmanship - I agree that OH is the best person for the job. The nonsense that Barry Cusack talked at the last meeting was almost insulting. "OH, who is 59, is a bit old to do the CEO role and was going to retire anyway" (so let's pay him all his options and bonuses as though he actually achieved them during the remianing years of his contract, plus all his salary for that time too) but Cusack, who is 66, is still young enough to be Chairman. If so, let OH have the chair and we'll keep him for at least another 7 years.
I notice that Cusack isn't exactly loaded with OXR, so no wonder he neither empethises with the average OXR shareholder nor feels the pain they experience with the declining share price.
