april 14 looming as a big date

The court case between IRN and Glencore goes to Supreme Court of Queensland on 14 April. I wonder if the two parties are talking beforehand in a bid to resolve the issue, which is largely technical in nature. If you hold IRN, I reckon you have to ask whether they are there to develop Tampakan or there to sell. I suspect the latter and just wonder if this court case could be a trigger for something bigger. If you hold that view then at cash backing its a pretty good punt. As a value player, I'm a holder
