I'm speculating that the move is predicated on AJD's safe dividend, then the illiquid nature of AJD makes the sp "rocket!!" No one initiates a t/o with, a current volume of 95,901 shares traded.
As for NXT being down it may be unrelated and internal, or simply profit taking at the high. It is a first rate stock I don't own, but should have bought when I looked at it in the mid $2s. Not a t/o by any measure.

I believe AJD, after base building, may now be trading at a new level, while still having a sweet (to be grown?) yield.

PS Correlate the big volume days with notices of change in substantial holding. I see a stock that at the insto level at least "trades by appointment."
