No matter which way I look at this stock I can't help but feel it's one of the most solid in the market.... barring a disaster with NextDC. 7%+ distribution tied to CPI and locked in for the next 12-13 years, triple net lease, very low gearing, growing business demand. Can't work out why there is so little interest. Would add to my holding but have already reached my portfolio limit.
