If, as is expected, the labor parties three-mine-policy is scrapped in April, this will go crazy. PEN now have some fantastic ground in Aust, and should fly along with SMM (not sure about MTN - IMO way overpriced at present).
I would think over 20c would be a start in the month following the decision.
Watch out for Peter Garrett buying up big in Aust. U stocks prior to the meeting - LOL
