As for the DFS timeline: An LSE member (not wiseinvestor) raises the question "Does anyone genuinely think that no work to incorporate this move into the DFS will have been done until this announcement was made?"
I find this interesting, because parts of the announcement could be interpreted that way, and CEZ said in a conversation with the communities a few weeks ago that it would come “in spring” (which would of course be completely invalid if the decision for Prunerov had been made afterwards in a head over heels action).
I don't give much chance that we might really see it in June (still spring), July, or even fall. Especially after Chuxa's profound comments about logistical changes. But wanted to mention it nonetheless.
