Note though that in the first sentence of your link that the auction is only one mechanism for Greg Hunt to spend his billions of ERF money. He can also give it away at a tender or "other process". (My inverted commas).

So DICE, Exergen, Anglesea power station or any of the LV power station companies not winning at the April ERF auction is not the end of the game for these entities by a long shot.
