They anticipated the deal to be done in Brazil in April, if it runs into early May then no harm done. If anything, lets long term holder pick some stock up off impatient sellers who bought short term.
They are not about to try to push a $500M market cap company around and rush them into signing a distribution agreement.
They'll want to ensure everything is concrete before providing news, especially considering it is their first major international deal and worth up to $4M p.a - imagine a lot of eyes in SE Asia and moreso with the US majors will be watching this so they will want it to run smoothly.
A few weeks delay is nothing to the major distributors, it is only short term punters who complain.
Announcement could come left of field at any time on SE Asia or US, and then Brazil as well. Any of which are huge price catalysts. I for one won't be complaining about them running a few weeks late on a deal that could see them become cashflow positive and break into the 4 - 6c region.
