They have until 8pm tonight I think....
Directors must realise that shareholders do not look favorably when companies wait to the last second... as if to say, we were sooo busy we didnt have time to get it finished before...
The new team need to put this info in their minds when organising asx reports, although, whether it was 3 days ago or 1 minute to 8pm tonight, the numbers wont change, and it will not affect the remuneration of the directors. So I guess why rush
