Your prediction of $1.38, for April NTA, was almost spot on. For those who dont know official April NTA was $1.39.

You either have a direct line to the top or you are great with numbers, and your research.(I don't think it was just a lucky guess.

You probably worked out it was $1.39, and said $1.38 because you like to be slightly conservative.

One more thing. Can you tell me what the NTA will be at the end of the year, because i would like to know roughly what my options will be worth?
