    IO prices will fall and rise and fall and rise again and again.. The main driver is demand, closely followed by destination CIF landed cost...

    Other factors are quality,shipping reliability,and of course
    various political alliances....

    WHEN AGO is utilizing RAIL,then there will be a more reliable and cost competitive means of product delivery.
