Could someone explain what they mean here
The two ships booked for April 2008 are substantially below the size projected in the financial
forecast of potential loss provisioned for in the 31 December 2007 accounts. The loss
provision which will be spread over the next 12 month period, and is subject to shipping rates
which are falling, came about from entering a fixed CFR contract in 2006.
