For the people who like to track these sorts of things, I note that one of NCK's institutional shareholders, namely small cap fund manager Celeste Funds Management, is in a bit of a performance hole and, as a result, is suffering significant redemptions from its funds (funds under management in its flagship fund have halved over the past 12 months, with one of the biggest falls happening in the month of June (down 10%).
While it is not possible to know how just much much stock Celeste owns, but to the extent that NCK's stock is highly illiquid, trading in only a few tens of thousands of shares per day, this might explain some of the sudden weakness in the share price over the past few weeks.
