How many BNPL users have a $100K house deposit and the ability to service a $500K debt? So it is really a moot point. BNPL usage tells the bank you probably aren't disciplined enough save up for a weeks or forgo discretionary spending.
The CC is usually tacked onto the loan and is effectively a reverse mortgage. Low rates but a very, very long repayment time if you have any balance outstanding.
