I just read the update and Can happily say there is no need to state the obvious, as their financials are living upto their expectations along with their merchant and customer base still growing at a nice rate.

What I liked in particular is that Management are showing that they are upto taking this business to the next level. Instead of trying to shy away from some of their minor faults that have been highlighted as concerning such as ID checks, they are more than happy to take steps and implement new checks into their platform to enhance their offering moving forward. Management continues to proactively and voluntarily engage with regulators and stakeholders instead of playing the “ego” card.

Highlighting the weaknesses in the current platform couldn’t have come at a better time as they can strengthen their platform before moving it into the US.
