    NET TRANSACTION LOSS (Bad debt) = 6.6M
    OTHER VARIABLE TRANSACTION COSTS = 9.2M
    OTHER INCOME (Late fee) = 10.8M

    Bad debt % = 6.6/37.1 = 17.79%

    May I ask how do you get the 40% bad debt number?
    Are you counting other variable transaction costs as bad debt as well?

    I don't see bad debt as a problem for now as it is fully covered by late fee.
