if nothing good news comes out...likely a forced double bottom (FDB), 1st phase Feb, 2nd phase (90 degree plunge by MarcH) down to  SPX 2340 5850 NDQ? 

I'm wanting to load up on the market once a forced double bottom occurs. Ride the short bull run (prior to the big bear).
