Haven't we gone through this already??
The neck line of the pattern doesn't need to be perfectly horizontal..

Also it did break down...
You will see the red candle that went down to $15.1 on 20/09/18

I have also noted that the pattern may be failing as it has now pushed above the neckline.

Anything else?
