Yes you are right , for a company to have this much cash and the market is not value is higher means that the company isn't doing its job in promoting itself to the market. I am not saying the market is wrong because the market is always right. But the company needs to do better, because it lives and dies by its share price. Maybe, the company needs a market development unit? I doubt the market knows what the business development unit is doing or even what it is purpose is. I am not complaining because the market needs to work out the price, an and I believe in price action, but from the company's point of view. They certainly would know they need to do better.
