what to look out for

I notice that FAS's latest announcement does not include a new substantial shareholder notice saying they have taken full ownership of the shares they have a relevant interest in. In the next few days if FAS do not issue an Appendix 3B announcement indicating that they have issued the shares in consideration for the GWR shares we know that Doutch has not handed over his GWR shares at all... Bad luck to all you minority GWR shareholders who did not cut the same deal. Now you are stuck with FAS whether the takeover proceeds or not, whereas the major players are free to hold pure GWR...

Hopefully they are honest about it and everyone will be treated equally. If that is the case then all 25% of GWR shares will be traded for FAS tomorrow or early next week.
