Totally agree. The hubris in these threads is breathtaking. We are apparently in a new paradigm where notwithstanding the fact that world economies are imploding (not that you could tell from stock market prices generally and APT's in particular) APT will only go up. $100+ toot toot!
When the sell off comes it will be quick, brutal and sustained.
